I mostly blog about my thoughts or interesting articles I’ve read throughout the week. This morning I saw a recipe that I found it challenging to pass over to you! If you’re like me, your day consists of going-going-going. You know…your mind is always flooded with virtual sticky notes reminding you to do what you forgot to do yesterday?
If this is you, I can assume it’s also a challenge to eat a decent and somewhat healthy meal because you either have to cook later into the night or you have little time to cook at all! Here is an all in one that will help add a few minutes to your down or family time each night.
In a 9×13 pan, cut 3 chicken breasts in half, add 2 cans green beans on one side and cut up red skin potatoes on the other. Sprinkle a packet of zesty Italian dressing mix over the top. Drizzle a stick of melted butter over it. Cover it with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
